Our USU off campus housing community is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for students to savor a residential experience where tradition, history, and spirit beautifully blend with luxury, comfort, and charm to offer an unprecedented landmark in modern living.

The Factory delivers the ultimate college living experience with the freedom of off-campus life. With 12 unique, fully furnished floor plans, there’s something for every lifestyle, need, and budget. Each apartment features an open-concept layout with modern finishes, including quartz countertops, contemporary espresso cabinets, and sleek stainless steel appliances—two refrigerators with icemakers, two dishwashers, an oven, and a microwave.
Bedrooms come fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and ample closet space, while living rooms include comfortable couches, a coffee table, and a smart flat-screen TV with cable. Stylish roller shades, an in-unit washer and dryer, and high-speed internet complete the package—everything you need for comfort and convenience.
We make roommate matching easy with a lifestyle questionnaire that helps pair residents based on habits, interests, and preferences. Want to live with friends? No problem—requests are welcome!

Bring your friends and choose a six or three bedroom apartment in Logan, UT – located just 3 blocks down from the beautiful USU campus for walkable access to campus. The conveniently located public transit bus stop is just steps out our front door, taking you into the heart of campus and all over Cache Valley. This is an amazing amenity our residents love as parking in Cache Valley is hard to come by in winter months.

Keep your body, mind, and soul in check on your schedule with 24/7 access to our state-of-the-art fitness center that’s fully equipped to accommodate your health needs — cardio equipment, strength machines, and free weights. Forget the quarters — get your laundry done on your own time from the comfort of your own apartment! The courtyard is one of the most used amenities at the factory, placed in the cove of our main building. The courtyard offers privacy and ample activities, such as volleyball, grilling, hot tubbing and more. Any of the amenities can be reserved by the residents to enjoy.
